It's hard to imagine something more despicable than throwing children seeking asylum into concentration camps, but when you hear about the physical, mental, and sexual abuse, the infants forced to stand trial, shit like this... You start to wonder if there is a bottom to all this

There is so much work to do here. On a bottom up level, we need to insist that legislatures pass a law mandating the minimum education level of any personnel working with institutionalized children should be a bachelor degree. I know employees are only high school grads.

I know this is true. Standard Operating Procedure for making it easier to break up families: convincing children they are unwanted. What nobody takes into account is that these kids grow angry, distrustful, and hating their "captors". Recipe for homegrown sociopaths.

Who are these officials? What kind of people tell children things like that? I don't know how our country has become so hateful in such a short period of time. The fact is, few of these kids are going to be alright mentally. Trump should be held accountable for child abuse.
