Regardless of whether or not there is a law against following a person home with malicious intent, if I were the home owner, I'd be visiting my local police station to file a formal report, just to have it on the record. Forever grateful that I don't live in America.

Called and the mailbox is full.... So I left a text message, letting him know that I reached out to some of my union brothers in Ohio, to make sure he does NOT! get any work from them & I'm filling a complaint to the Mayor's Office to make sure he has NO City contracts.
