Last night in Oakland a 25-30 year old heavyset white man targeted and slashed the throats of 2 teenage girls - killing 18 y/o #NiaWilson and critically injuring her sister.
We need to find this man IMMEDIATELY.

This hppns when good ppl do nthng. If evryn who knew him knew smthng was wrong, why wasn't he institutionalized. Jails are not the answer. All who were silent abt Wilson's issues, who looked the other way, are complicit. This should have been been prevented!
That #johncowell is suspected of a #murder may be no surprise, given his propensity for #violence. Whether the assistant DAs assigned to the case against him can prove him #guilty remains to be seen, but there is no doubt that he needs help to deal with his issues. #NiaWilson
Shit-- I meant Cowell's issues, not Wilson's, of course. Plz excuse the mistake. Still, I think that any person who knew he could be dangerous, but did nothing, has Nia's blood on their hands.
More serious consequences for death threats are needed.
