After John Cowell stabbed and murdered #NiaWilson and critically injured her sister, he went to a parking deck next door and changed into these clothes.

the way Macarthur bart station is set up, theres no parking deck next to the platform.. he'd have to go downstairs and out the ticket gates and down the block a bit to get into the only parking garage there.. its no connection from platform to garage.
Than that's probably what happened, bart most likely had cameras in the parking complex and that's how they know he changed clothes
and to even think that he made it that far away from the scene without even being noticed.. thats heartbreaking... some witnesses made statements that he hopped aboard another train at the station headed towards Antioch..
He was absolutely noticed and chased, that's why I think hiding in the parking complex is vaild. My friend was there and saw him being chased, he stayed to help however he could

wow! every new outlet article i read stated otherwise! but i guess after further review of video they must of saw him running.. its super scary to know hes around, im not even 5mins from that station.. they did say they found a large knife outside on the ground
