If it's a Black or Brown person (male or female), white media labels them as adults to insure no sympathy afforded them. Even at 19 or 20 years old, white media label white men/women as teens or youth.#Truth

No he’s black and he’s my cousin’s son. Her only son. I’m so tired of the mischaracterization of our children. Where in God’s name is a 15 year old a man?!?! Too many families are grieving and now my is included in this madness.

When they try to make a child a man... you already know he was black!

My son is 19 and is still a boy.

My youngest is 26 and he’s just starting to become a man. No exaggeration

Neuroscientists say that is when male brain stops developing. No one under 20 should be charged as an adult. Our society uses it as an excuse not to warehouse or shoot people who they don't want to help.

This child was African American, so the media and law enforcement immediately call him a "man". We all know if he were white, reports would read very differently. Sickening.
