The problem. He should immediately be taken to hospital. Police responding to the call found McNeil to be agitated, making irrational statements and acting paranoid, and arrested him on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, the department said.

This should be handled medically as a priority. Treatment issued. Criminalizing people as opposed to treating substance abuse as a health issue allows for negative outcomes. Police in general want to kill. Medical professionals the opposite.

A man goes to his local police station for help. I read he was taken into custody and somehow he goes into a coma and later dies. This district is very angry. #WhoKilledEarlMcNeil #NoJusticeNoPeace #NoRacistPolice is what they chant. Is this a #PoliceBrutality case? Very sad!
