My father has passed! He was there and held me when I took my first breath, I was there and held him when he took his last! I’ve never known a stronger man! Love u old man!

I’m so sorry. Lost my stepdad at 93 this past winter. There is something profoundly bittersweet about losing someone you respect immensely after they’ve lived a full productive life. Happy for them, free from pain, sad for yourself for the loss of steady love & influence.
