This is a crime. They planted evidence. They need to go to jail for 25 years.

What can we do to protect the innocent ? Stories like these make it feel like this countries judicial system is hopeless. How could anyone sleep at night knowing you jailed an innocent person ?

I can't "like" this tweet b/c, although he has been released. he was also ROBBED(of 25 years). and, that is unforgivable. period. nothing fixes that. EVER!

We need a Law that says if a innocent person is placed in prison and is later found that the officer, DA, Prosecutor tainted the truth, will serve equal time for their deceitfulness.

Hope he sues for him time. I believe there is already a case where the inmate won. Setting precedent.

The judge, prosecutor and cops should take his place immediately. That would be Justice.
