Yet, some people don’t understand why we as black and brown people complain and protest about the criminal justice process. This why we have to!

True; some people don't understand, but some of those people "pretend" not to understand so what they claim not to understand will keep happening.

Anyone arrested and convicted for burglary during that time period should be released, their case expunged, and compensated for the lost time of life lost.

What makes this so bad is the police chief had to resign from a prior role for doing the same thing. There is a problem of PO being able to move around w/o their records following them. seems to happen most in smaller communities. Wonder if it’s b/c it’s harder to hire there?

Sorry to say it, but until police departments decide to clean their act and have zero tolerance for abuses of authority and corruption, for me ALL COPS are crooks with batch. I am tired of this! I lost all trust in them!

This proves a mindset that contributes to most cases of police misconduct against PoC generally: the belief that, as
#Trump says, they're all "guilty of something". So it's no big loss to kill them or destroy their lives with false charges since their lives already had no value. - 1 more reply

but let's keep making NFL players the villains for kneeling for equality. I'm fed up with the bias and the inaction from police departments in addressing head-on.
