I truly believe people power is as important as $$ for winning elections. (See AOC!) DSA are huge proponents of criminal justice reform. It would be enormously helpful if @Rollins4DA sought the backing of @Boston_DSA. DSAers are activists who will put feet to the streets.

That’s great! Their pinned Tweet has the time of their regular meetings. It would probably be very meaningful to contact them and to seek backing if not outright endorsement. They’re usually informal meet and greets at a local pub in my town.

You never spoke with @EvandroForDA A black state rep who grew up, lives & works in the district (didn't move there after race started) and was one of the major forces and lead sponsorsbehind the MA Criminal Justice Reform bill that Rachel refers to in her candidate positions!

This is the only route to true Criminal Justice Reform. We need to elect DA's that are committed to the cause.
Ms Rollins sounds like a great candidate. Hwr, folks might want 2 consider that she is a former prosecutor, whereas @McAuliffeforDA is a former public defender who's spent yrs advocating 4, and supporting, historically underserved young ppl. Who's more likely to create change?
