I sent the emails & form submission. This is outrageous and he should be fired. Period. I'd also suggest a review of all of his cases.
I contacted the state bar in CA and made a complaint and asked them to investigate and disbar if they confirm those statements were made. This guy has no business practicing law in any jurisdiction.
