All we ever hear is police depts are under-staffed so how can they justify 10 officers tied up at a movie theater????
My God. 10 police officers surrounded a Black family in Philadelphia who asked for a refund because of a sound problem watching Jurassic World last night. In the town I live in earlier today, FOUR damn police cars were parked in a supermarket parking lot talking to a young kid about something. He was pointing to an apartment complex and there were 5 officers there. Honestly, sometimes I think they just want to “hang out” together.

EVERY SINGLE bullshit refund I was asked to give was because some middle aged white lady didn't realize the Michael Kors purse she bought was orange "since the lights in our store are so dim and it looked red". Tf outta here with that "get what you get" shit.

The police force claims a miscommunication caused more officers to arrive which is fair but they probably should have realized the situation was under control and radioed back to stop bringing in backup.

This is going to be a memory which will be forever etched in the mind of this young child. I know the feeling being falsely accused as an 11 yr. and confronted by a police Ofc. threatening to finger print and photograph me. Thank God for a strong mother.
