According to the news report I read, this racist judge awarded custody on ground she was unfit "because" she crossed the border and worked w/out paper in poutry packing - where she was arrested in an ICE raid and her then infant or toddler was taken from her &given to this couple

This does not make you an "unfit parent" - if anything, she sounds like a dedicated parent who wanted to give her child a better life by coming into the U.S. and working hard in meat packing. It is horrifying to read about and see how distraught and anguished this poor mom was -

I'm wondering how rare this is. From the sound of this report, this judge made a ruling using her passage over the border and working without papers as "Evidence" of being "unfit." Horrifying.

May the Lord Almighty bless that Federal Judge and all those who are leading the fight to reunite the migrant parents with their children. I've been praying the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. I put those children as the petition. I will continue to pray despite how down I feel.
