it's pennsylvania. it's more likely all the background checks came back with red flags & this made him more attractive as a hire. (as a resident of PA, my personal observation is... it's a free-for-all open season on othered here since this president took office)

Thank you for reaching out. This incident was tragic, our sympathies are with the family. It did not involve the City of Pittsburgh or its police bureau. East Pittsburgh is a suburb, with its own police force, named for its location east of our city.

if this account is accurate, then the police department that hired Rosfeld is responsible for Antwon's death, Rosfeld should spend the rest of his life in a prison not friendly to the melanin-deprived, and the U of Pittsburgh needs some schooling in a serious way, i.e., lawsuits.
