BREAKING: A high ranking school official at the University of Pittsburgh (@PittTweet) just confirmed for me that Officer Michael Rosfeld, who killed #AntwonRose, was fired after brutally assaulting a Black student.
That student was the son of a chancellor at the university.

Why are those with this in the background getting hired in police departments? I had to have a background check for graduate school, are police not doing background checks on their hires? Why?

They're doing back ground checks... the problem is they don't care about the results of the background check. Shame!
