You're absolutely correct there it pretty much does nothing except try and keep the families together indefinitely since the POLICY of zero tolerance continues to be the status quo which is why we are here in the first place.

What I'm saying is let's not blindly celebrate immigration w/out remembering the negative consequences. Immigration has resulted in the shift from self-governing to democracy which tearing apart our union. Parents using children is wrong.

Immigration is a never ending adjustment to where people live all over the world. It's migration of animals. It's natural and has never stopped. Never will stop. Why do we need to think up negative impacts as opposed to agreements on humane ways to control it so its safe & fair?

We do have ways that are safe and fair. Ppl think they are exempt somehow from following them. There was an Albanian women w/deportation orders 12yrs ago. She appealed it but decided to make kids meanwhile. She finally got deported but thought it was cruel to be separated.

Obama didn't have a no tolerance policy. Nor did his administration purposely remove children from parents without a way of reuniting them. I am not condoning what Obama may or may not have done, but you have to admit, honestly, what this admins did was wrong.
