Some parents have already been deported. They started this with no plan in place for reunification. My state of Michigan is taking kids as young as 8 months into our foster system. They could very well be perm. separated

I'm wondering (from far in Europe) whether this is a red cloth to bull issue. They will eventually abandon it, surely, but in the process will leave in place as acceptable some bits of law people would have thought bitterly against, except there was this bigger horror to fight...

I bet they have no system to even know who each child is or where they came from.

When kids are taken from their parents in America, you can’t just put them in foster homes in different states. FFS, divorced parents w/ custody issues can’t even move their own children across diff state lines w/o court involvement.

How do we find the ones they "lost" or those who PBS Frontline says were released to traffickers? How do we repair the ones the ACLU reports were physically and sexually abused by border patrol agents?

Let the independent pediatricians inside. Each child will have a name and medical record on the cloud. Lawyers and parents have access. My god in heaven. F*ck commissions. Let the doctors inside.

If we have the power to make a new office just to try and find citizens who we can “denaturalize,” we have the power to make a new office to reunite families

“taken from their parents by the Trump administration” should be changed to “taken from their parents by the Trumplicans.” Do not separate the administration from the republicans. The Republicans are as guilty for not standing up.

My ideas 4 @MichaelAvenatti What can U/we do stop & fix this? & what would B the best & for reuniting children w parents? An app w parent & baby photos like a matching game? A DNA test? Help from Intelligence? Putting all children & mothers in one large space so they can reunite?

Nice thought. Maybe prevent the seizures altogether. Much of the damage had already been inflicted on these children. Such separations are not “potentially damaging”; they’re irreparably damaging.

This is part of the dehumanization of racism. They probably didn't track who they are or where their parents are. They aren't treated with respect or care. They're commoditized, will probably be sold to adopters, and the parents deported without them.

And given trauma counselling for as long as it takes.

This Administration / GOP are slowly pushing the Melania Trump caring BS Narrative.. trying to make us believe she has some voice, or some kind of influence.. BS!!!!

Everyone that did this to all the families need be be held accountable for there actions and GO TO JAIL !!!
