Shaun can you comment on the fact that he was involved in a shooting prior to being pulled over? That the car was riddled with bullet holes and police found 2 semi-automatic guns in the car he was in. I haven't seen anyone on twitter mention this. Can you comment?

Even if that was the case, it’s not the police’s duty to kill suspects. It’s their job to deliver suspects to the criminal justice system to be held accountable for their crimes. There are whole steps of “due process” that are being skipped in regards to certain citizens.
