Isn't he on his way out of Congress? What does he have to lose by joining the bill? Just for once, do the right thing because it's the right thing to do.

They are all already too late. The #TrumpCamps exist. The children are in #cages. We may never redeem ourselves as a nation, and the administration and its collaborators are beyond redemption.
