When they do something, instead of just talking out of both sides of their mouths, I might believe them more. Otherwise, they are playin political games
I know that it is genuinely confusing when a politician or leader who has been problematic for decades then speaks out on something important. But we can't simultaneously blast conservatives for their silence, then blast them again when they forcefully speak out.

I agree, if you are referring to conservatives like Laura Bush and Steve Schmidt, for example. In terms of conservatives currently in public office, unless they back their speech with action, it’s all talk and no action.

I've been supporting them. I think we should take all the help we can get. And I think it takes a lot of courage for a politician or other government figure to go against his/her party. I assume you're talking about someone specifically and not just in general?
