Generations from now we will be talking about the awful camps and jails and detention centers where immigrant children were snatched away from their parents and warehoused. It’s a shameful abomination. I’m angry almost to tears. It’s so fucking infuriating. Shame!

You do realize that in jailing these folks, your tax dollars ARE paying for them? If they were allowed to work and live in communities while awaiting trial, they would be PAYING taxes.
