I've read it too. Maybe your definition of brilliant is different from mine. Courageous is spot on however; one has to be courageous to publish that as a plan. It's as if she didn't consult with teachers & parents. But hey, it's being retweeted, and that all that matters

Interesting you say that she did not consult with parents or teachers...why do you think this? I read a small portion of the high school plan and it feels spot on to me; however I work in a CA public school district that services POC, what is your experience?
