Come over here, the cop says. Then, says back up as he approaches. So which is it?

Yea that was some bs
-
That was the very first red flag smh.
-
How the hell do you comply with confusion.
-
Unfortunately, there isn’t an answer and police don’t want to provide one. They can contradict themselves, harm/kill you, and then say you didn’t comply bc “technically” you disobeyed the two-sided order.

IMO all the way from Kenya this couple bear as much blame as the officers. I feel this was a small matter the black gentleman could have explained calmly to the officers and on the other hand officers could have solved it on the spot without cuffing anyone
-
The officer was not open to listening to the couple, the waffle house employees had spoken. Case closed.
-
I beg to differ a little. The officer is heard asking the gentleman to calm down. I would take that opportunity to deescalate,explain- instead the gentleman went on to shout. NB;I understand Black Americans are victimized by police but they shud shed off that victim mentality
-
He tried to explain, he was actually calm with his hands up and trying to keep his girlfriend back. The police officer wasn’t listening to anything.
-
He lost me at “lose the victim mentality”
-
He lost me at all the way from Kenya!!
-
Don't worry we don't take him seriously in Kenya either

People, please stop eating at the Waffle House. Now. Don’t claim the next incident is the last straw. The last straw happened three incidents ago. Stop! Now!

Cop: come out and talk to me like a man! Customer heads toward the door. Cop: Back up! Back up! Pretty clear messaging.
