      Here is the body camera footage of this outrageous wrongful arrest of a Black couple @WaffleHouse. They were arrested for theft & trespassing. They never even received the food. They were overcharged a $1.50 for an orange juice and asked to call customer service.pic.twitter.com/c7a74NhKoH

          I’m staying at the hotel behind this same Waffle House & I haven’t seen not one person go in. & I was goin to eat there. But it’s always dead so I googled the ratings & this popped up... Got to be more careful🤦🏽‍♂️

          No one was arrested. They weren’t overcharged. Paying @WaffleHouse isn’t a negotiation. They were causing a disturbance over $1.50 on a to-go order long enough for them to call 911. They were temporarily detained for being disruptive while the officers sorted the confusion.
