Almost all white people are killed by white people. All most all Latinos are killed by Latinos. And almost all Black people are killed by Black people. But only one group, Black people, is asked daily to limit their advocacy to Black on Black crime.
The moment I hear someone say, “Why don’t Black people talk more or fight more against Black on Black crime?” I immediately know that you literally have no idea what you are talking about. None at all. Cities are full of marches and advocacy groups fighting this every single day

It's very simple. Studies have shown that for most people, about 85% of your social circle, (friends you actually spend time with, and family) are of your same ethnicity. Combine that with the fact that most people are killed by people they know, and voila! There you have it!

Where are statistics separating crime by socioeconomic status? Those who are economically disadvantaged are lower educated and commit more crimes because they are subject to institutional racism and segregation. There exists a system of oppression that is the root of the problem.
