There should be a national database of teachers, doctors, clergy, and law enforcement (corrections officers, sheriffs, cops) who have been found guilty of crime against the public, just like CODIS and AFIS (sex offenders and fingerprints databases)
On 4/5/18 Jimmy Walker fired 24 rounds into a car of unarmed people killing #DianteYarber & injuring Marina Tafoya. (The car was stopped for looking suspicious)
In 2008 Walker was indicted on hate crime charges & fired.

He’s a murderer and this country is okay with them working as “law enforcement officers.” Being scared isn’t an excuse to shoot and they know this, but it’s the way they repeatedly get off the hook. Propaganda causes them to fear PoC and the cycle continues.
