It's hard to be surprised when this is exactly what many of us knew would happen if this man was allowed the presidency, and here we are. The only thing that surprises and disappoints me is how Congress is sitting on their nuts and doing absolutely nothing.
I also sense a numbing of America. We have endured so many lies and threats from Trump - so many horribly racist and offensive statements - that he has worn down the ability of the country to be surprised.
