I work directly w/ 100s of families affected by injustice in America. As much as I loathe Donald Trump & Jeff Sessions - if I thought either of those men could help or pardon someone I'm working with - meeting with them must be on the table. Some things can't wait until 2020.

Alice Marie Johnson, is just one person that represents a collection of individuals facing injustice. Kim Kardashian is not qualified to propose an agenda or formulate policies to impact any long term/mass change

K. My point is that, there are advocates like Idk Colin Kaepenick who literally sacrificed his career to spread awareness, has created programs, provided resources and continues to use his platform for this cause, but not only was he NOT consulted on the matter he was vilified

Clearly didn’t understand that I am not doubting Kim’s ability to get 1 person released, however she doesn’t have the knowledge to form a policy to create long term change. Kaep was an example of 1 of many individuals who at least have 1st hand experience to be deemed credible

Except that if Kim Kardashian has that kind of power, what does that say about our country?

Even sadder

Well, Obama didn’t. And if by some miracle Alice Marie Johnson gets a pardon, that should be all that matters.

I can’t jump on board and feel happy no matter what.

Tell trump how Obama failed to do it. He’ll then boast about doing it.
-
That would totally work. I hope that’s how she played it.

Trump doesn’t respond to experts or people with intelligence and knowledge. He only responds to the people he sees on tv. This is who we are dealing with.

Experts? The same experts that have given us nothing on North Korea since 1954, or the experts that thought the Iran deal was good for our country?
-
Maybe an expert that studied criminal justice in america perhaps?
-
Studied the same tired old theories? Seriously has that made a difference in the 100 years? Stay in your lane.
