Obviously, the loss of income only sparked their interest. I've made complaints to corporate about employees/managers..their answer was a Free drink.. Not fixing problem. I DON'T want FREE. I want to be treated with respect while spending my money..Starbucks BEEN out of control

My friend manages a Starbucks in Portland, Oregon and had no idea the training started. I hope Starbucks is really taking this seriously and not just trying to get out of this controversy. It’s easy to get a few people to sign some forms and say they went through the “training.”
