3… 2… 1… Movie theatres are commercial establishments, they have a right to protect their brand, so they can set the rules, if the police helps enforce those rules, more power to them… yadi yada

It doesn't follow even from this sh**ty logic that that should precipitate an arrest. But police interactions, it appears, have their way to result in one.

Got into it with the manager about his pants, was asked to leave, refused to leave, arrested for trespassing. Not hard.

They have absolutly no legal ground to sue. You have adhear to any policy while on the ground of that privatley owned establishment. If you do not follow the rules, you can be removed even if you legally purchased a ticket. As soon as you refuse to leave its trespassing.

i mean I hate the whole pans sagging thing but I didn't know you can go to jail for it!!! Where are out elected officials to address these issues or they are just sitting around collecting a government check

He was arrested for trespassing after he refused to leave when the manager told him too. Nothing to do with his pants.

He was told to leave because of the pants. And being black. Neither are grounds to be kicked out of a theatre after dropping $25 on ticket and concessions. He was literally on his way to sit in a dark room.
