As the wave of colds seems finally to be declining, and COVID increases maybe slowing (hopefully) - I was upset when i woke up yesterday with a stuffy nose + sore throat- luckily I was sneezing which is a good predictor of a cold at present and not Covid (now antigen test neg!)

Appalled that the Ukrainian father in law of a friend is stuck in Moldova after escaping #Ukraine still has not heard about his refugee visa after applying 2 weeks ago to be able to join his family here in London ! . Too much #redtapeUK despite promises.
