After pressure from the @NRA to pass guns on campus, Georgia’s Governor signed the bill - despite opposition from a broad coalition including police and educators. He received 15K calls, emails and letters opposed to guns on campus and only 145 calls, emails and letters in favor.

In my opinion, leaving it to one man’s decision is always a recipe for power & corruption.

Georgia’s governor and the NRA should pay the resulting medical bills.
And one of the reasons my daughter will NOT go to apply to any university there.
Look on the bright side: another year or so and LaPierre will likely be doling out handies at gun shows for dry-cleaning money, so the wind's definitely at our backs.
