Metro delinquency rate for 2021: ~ 25%.
Neither gov't ever notified those that qualify for the taxes, who now face hefty fines.

Is it just me, or would notifying the people who owe the tax be a pretty good place to start?

I got notified at Thanksgiving via snail mail that I was required to pay. Charged me a fine and interest. Was able to argue the fine away but still had to pay almost a full year of interest. 🤬

Another major fuckup by local governments, but they probably do have all their preferred pronouns in order and equity coordinators in place.
