    Today is "I Read Canadian Day"! Everyone is encouraged to spend some time reading the work of a Canadian children's book author today. Schools and libraries are doing it all across Canada and stores are featuring Canadian books in their windows!

    Fantastic book, The Artist and Me , led to convo about teasing, being a bystander, mental health challenges and guilt. Students painted their own sunflower. They were in awe of the finished oeuvre.
