@EdelmanPR and@pewresearch have been studying issues of trust of institutions for a while. It’s real. I see it often in focus groups on consumer food safety messaging. Please stop pontificating on "why the polls were wrong." We don't know that! We *do* know foreign actors were emboldened by the successful Russian 2016 election fraud. And we *do* know the US intel agencies said it's happening again. But we *don't* know the polls were wrong.
