Thanks. I see diesel and rocket in the cargo.toml and the rust version in the rust-toolchain file. I don't see the diesel_cli. I'll give this a try.
Diesel CLI will work on any rust version Diesel works on. (there's a bug in nightlies from the last 2 weeks that affects us other than that any version should work)
Thanks. I think I found the right combo of commands and configuration. Fortunately, the nightly releases kept asking me to upgrade so I eventually found something that works.
(in rfcbot's case, diesel_cli is installed from latest on http://crates.io as part of CI)
