Any experience with tropical resort locations for ~25 people, and a week long team meetup? I'd like to hear some success stories!
It's not tropical, but Taos NM is great for this. There's some solid B&B type places you can rent out that should be able to handle that many (most I ever did was ~20). It's a scenic remote town in Northern NM. Views are great, and lots of great food & beer.

Biggest issue is that the nearest airport is Santa Fe which is 90 mins away. Realistically you'd fly into ABQ which is 2.5 hours away
