TIL that ZIP codes in the United States can cross not only city lines but also state lines. You **cannot** assume a single city or state contains a given ZIP code.
That said, if you have zip you still don't need city or state (unless you *specifically* need them for reasons other than mail like taxes -- in which case you don't need zip)
