Lunar gemini 3 via direct ascent (Gemini capsule would have landed) is probably the most realistic to have happened. Lightweight Gemini lander via Earth orbit rendezvous (docked w/ a centaur for TLI and an Agena for lunar insertion) would have been the best IMO (Gemini in orbit)
