Getting food delivered with recipes has really helped me. But that's three meals once a week.
We tried those for a while but I got really frustrated with the quality of ingredients. I'm using a service now that is just the recipe planner but uses instacart and picks recipes that share ingredients over the week

This sounds like a wonderful idea. I should hop onto this. *Looks up Instacart for Canada* Looks like they're coming to Canada, https://www.instacart.ca/ , but they don't support Hamilton, ON yet.
