We used to do `extern crate diesel;` instead of the module, but that doesn't work using in Diesel itself
Only downside is that `cargo expand` shows the code to be `mod diesel { pub use ::*; }` even for code outside of Diesel
That's unfortunate, at least most people won't need to see that output!
