@nick_r_cameron Are there any RFCs for Macros 2.0 that I missed? It seems like a lot of it has been implemented, but the RFC still just says "all of this to be addressed at a later date". Where can I read about what the intended syntax/usage is?

There was one about about name resolution and import, and iirc one which included the short form of decl macros, but there is a lot still to be decided. Implementations are not final and a long way from stabilisation.
I would still love a place to actually follow the progress. E.g. what the macro keyword actually does and how it works with things that have multiple patterns

Patterns are still to be worked on. Macro basically does what macro_rules does plus the single pattern form. Details are still tbd, hopefully this year some time. And there should be RFCs too

It's just weird to see a feature bring worked on so privately I guess. I've gotten used to having a place to see the status and/or weigh in
