Friends-- do you have suggestions for solid Code of Conducts when you can't be sure leadership will always have good intentions/judgement?

So frustrating. There are some orgs (as you know) that have lots of great people but some toxic leaders, and one hopes process can help

:( I think my fav solution so far is keeping moderators separate from the leaders (like Rust or WeAllJS). But yeah, still could be issues

I agree that has a positive effect. But ultimately the culture is derived from the leaders. Like how Rails folks look up to DHH
