Pro-tip: In Rust, all linear+-time operations on slices are technically constant time if you do them on arrays. Always use arrays.

It's a joke. Any operation on `[T; 32]` is by definition technically constant time since the size of the input is constant

All the more reason to block integer generics from the language. Those crazy [T; N]s will make our algorithm complexities worse!
