Huh. Strange to make a language pack but then not do the last bit of making it official enough to have Firefox repacks.

This works in Europe because there are enough tech savvy European folks that a subset cares about making this work.

Less so in India, not enough Indians doing open source / translations AND who care about this. I care about this but can't help bc spelling.

Anyway, my original point was that outside of early-tech-adopting countries, plenty of users out there don't have the defaults set.

Firefox doesn't have options for all languages. Chrome does but you have to find it in settings; it's not automatic.

Actually, Firefox does have options for controlling Accept-Language; just not options for getting the default UI.

But that has the same problem as Chrome. Been meaning to experiment with this and improve, haven't had the time.
