The search bug in iOS is making it virtually unusable unless you know exactly where all your apps are located on each screen.
Does Apple still make you manually organize all the apps on your phone? I would have thought they'd go alphabetized list by now

I see the use but I still think most people would prefer custom organization. I don't want a list on my home. Simply things I want most.

Right, that's what Android does. Lets you customize however many screens you want for what you care about, everything else in a list
