This applies to: - "You can't just learn Rails, you need CS fundamentals" - "You can't just learn React, you need vanilla JS/HTML/CSS" - etc
What about cases where it's not a can/can't? e.g. "You can get by with just ActiveRecord, but it'll help to learn SQL"
