Yeah, it sounds like very few handicapped people stay here due to how horrible the laws are
Whenever I walk my dog I feel like people in Canada have never seen a Segway before. Also it's cold here.

funny, I'd never have thought of one as a practical kind of device before.

Off-brand segways are much more practical (fits in a car). It's seen a lot of use in the handicapped community.
