to_sql only returns one query. But if you preload, multiple queries are run. Eyeballs shows them all
But why not use `to_sql` from the connection for each query? Why duplicate the quoting behavior at all?

Hmmm... not sure how to get from the query binding arrays I collect in `collecting_queries_for_explain` to `to_sql`. Will try. Thx!
