@_bikeshed is great. i think it workes because of the tight focus on Rails and infrequent guests@acdlite
A lot of the guests appreciate that it's not an "interview" when we do have them, too. More natural convos.

yeah, just having "what have you been working on/thinking about lately" works much better imo
